Terms of Service & License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to PetOnTails ("Service"). By creating an account and using our Service, you enter into a legally binding agreement for the provision of software access under a non-exclusive license. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use immediately.

While the Service is intended for use by children, the account must be created and managed by a legal adult (parent or guardian).

2. Service Description & Legal Status

PetOnTails is an interactive software suite designed for graphical content generation. Users gain access to digital interfaces where interactive quests and sketching tools allow them to utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms to create final illustrations.

Disclaimer: The Service is an entertainment SaaS solution. It is not an educational institution, does not provide formal "educational services" under any state curriculum, does not issue academic credits or diplomas, and is not subject to educational licensing.

3. Account and Security

  • The account owner (parent) is fully responsible for the security of their password and Parent PIN.
  • You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account, including the nature of AI prompts generated.
  • Sharing account access with third parties is strictly prohibited.

4. License Fees and Payment

Access to the Service's AI functionality is provided for a fee (license remuneration) via the purchase of internal units called "Credits" (Cr) or Tariff activation.

  • Delivery of Service: Credits and software features are activated instantly upon confirmation of payment by the processing gateway. The service is considered fully rendered at the moment access to the software features is granted.
  • Refunds for erroneous payments are possible only if the Credits have not been activated or spent. To request a refund, please contact our support team.
  • Refund Method and Timeline: Funds are returned via the same payment method and to the same account (card, wallet) used for the initial transaction. The processing time for a refund is between 3 to 10 business days once the request is approved by our support service.

5. Usage Restrictions

You may not use the Service to generate content that promotes violence, hate speech, pornography, or otherwise violates international laws. We reserve the right to revoke your license without a refund for such violations.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to original child sketches. Rights to final AI-generated results are granted to you for personal, non-commercial use. The software code, interface design, and "PetOnTails" brand remain the exclusive property of the Rightsholder.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the creative output of the AI will meet the User's subjective expectations or artistic requirements.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at our discretion. Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
